Seven Cities Spices was created by a home chef and food enthusiast,
living in Chesapeake Virginia, one of the seven Hampton Roads Cities.
In February of 2021, she got Covid for the first time and lost her sense of taste and smell. Nearly 3 years later she still struggled daily. She can taste and smell about 20% of the time, and for someone who LOVES food, it has been hard.
To amplify some of her dishes, she developed some spice blends, flavored oils, and vinegars that are a combination of salty, smokey, spicy, sweet, and just downright delicious!
