Flavoring your dishes, one local blend at a time!

In February of 2021, I got Covid for the first time and lost my sense of taste and smell. Nearly 3 years later I still struggle daily. I can taste and smell about 20% of the time, and for someone who LOVES food, this has been hard.

To amplify some of my dishes, I have developed some spice blends, flavored oils, and vinegars that are a combination of salty, smokey, spicy, sweet, and just downright delicious.

As a home chef and food enthusiast, living in Chesapeake Virginia, one of the seven Hampton Roads Cities – All of  our Spices + Oils were inspired by local seafood resources and a warmer climate that allows us to grill longer in the year as well.
